Shipping Costs
Free shipping is provided on all orders delivered within the United States and united Kingdoms.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day when possible. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day. Processing takes 1–2 days (Monday to Saturday).
Shipping and Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. This allows you to follow your shipment from dispatch until final delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including high order volumes, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier service disruptions.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days. If the package still has not arrived after this period, contact us at [email protected] and we will review the shipment status.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 60 minutes of purchase by contacting us via our Contact Us page and including your order number.
After this window, we are unable to make changes. If your order has already shipped, our 90-day return policy applies upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or send the correct item.
