Once dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-6 business days (Monday-Friday).

We offer free shipping for all orders. We deliver within the United Kingdom.
Delayed orders
Delays can occur due to many different reasons, such as holidays, peak travel time and so on. If you don't receive your package on time, we are very sorry but this can happen. So please be patient for at least 3 extra business days (Monday-Friday) before you contact us - and after that, we'll help you.
Cancellations
We strive to process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.
